Our Commitment

Moodci is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform. We actively work to prevent, detect, and remove any such content and report it to the appropriate authorities.

Age Requirement

Moodci requires all users to be 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to create an account. If we become aware that a user is under 16, their account will be terminated immediately.

Prevention Measures

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years enforced during registration
• Ability to block other users within the app
• Accounts found to violate our policies are subject to immediate termination

Reporting

If you encounter any content that exploits or endangers children, please report it immediately by contacting us at support@moodci.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken, including reporting to law enforcement and relevant authorities.
